Delivery & Returns

Delivery
Within the UK delivery is between 1-3 working days and all overseas items between 3-7 days. Goods are only dispatched once payment has been approved.

UK Delivery
Orders placed and payments cleared by 1pm will be despatched for next working day delivery*.  *(see list below for exceptions to next day delivery)

Delivery within the UK costs £7.00 and sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so please ensure someone will be present at the  delivery address to sign for them.

Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday.
If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday for next day delivery.

*We deliver within two working days by 5.30pm to the following islands:
GY1 Herm only (Channel Islands)
GY9 Sark (Channel Islands)
HS2 Lewis
PA61 Colonsay
PA62-75 Mull
PA78 Coll
ZE2-3 Shetlands

*We deliver within three working days by 5.30pm to the following islands:
KW16-17 Orkney
PH30 Corrour
PH41 Mallaig
PH42 Eigg & Kuck
PH43-44 Rhum & Canna

EU Delivery
Delivery within the EU costs £10.00 and is sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so please ensure someone will be present at the  delivery address to sign for them.

Non-EU Delivery
Delivery outside the EU costs £15 and is sent via Royal Mail 'International Signed For'. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so please ensure someone will be present at the  delivery address to sign for them.

For all orders outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout. All duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Before a return can be made, a Return Authorisation number must be requested from Avasarah within 7 days of receipt of the delivery.

A Return Authorisation number can be obtained by emailing us at returns@avasarah.com. Once you have received your Return Authorisation number, please carefully follow the instructions in the email. Please note that any unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

All goods being returned from within the UK are to be returned within 7 days of issuing your Return Authorisation number and international returns shipped within 7 days of the issuing your Return Authorisation number. Items which have been worn, damaged or have had their security tag removed can not be returned.

Avasarah does not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or had their tags removed. All customers should check their purchase upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of original packaging.

Customers are responsible for returning items back to us. We regret unless there is a fault with the item we are unable to reimburse postal charges for returns.

We regret postal charges for returns, International customs duties and or any sales/import taxes CANNOT be refunded for shipments outside the UK.
